Before placing your online order, please read the important information below and press ‘I Accept’ to proceed with your catering order request.

Availability

Although we endeavor to produce all of the items you have requested, due to seasonal availability and capacity we cannot always guarantee your items. If, for any reason, a chosen item is unavailable a catering team member will be in touch to suggest an alternative.

Pick up and delivery options

The Lime Tree Café & Kitchen are happy to offer complimentary delivery within certain areas of Dubai for orders above AED1,000. Any catering orders under AED1,000 can be collected from one of our café locations in Al Quoz, Media City, Jumeirah or Ibn Battuta.
Complimentary delivery is subject to your location and the availability of our drivers.
If you would like your catering order to be delivered, please specify the time you would like to receive your order and your delivery location and our catering team will do our best to meet your request. Please note delivery is not confirmed until you have received your personalised email confirmation from our catering team.

Deposit requirements

To confirm your catering we do require full pre payment within 72 hours of placing your order.
You will be asked for your credit card details before your online catering order request can be processed. Please note your credit card will not be charged until your order has been confirmed by our catering team and we have received email permission from you to charge the full amount to your credit card details that you provided earlier.

Cancellation Policy

This payment is non refundable if your order is cancelled within 72 hours prior to your collection/delivery date.
